Self-Study

Do I have to complete each self-study lesson?

It is highly recommended that you review each lesson's content. This will make sure you are prepared for the final certification examination.
It is highly recommended that you take each lesson's practice examination. This will make sure you are prepared for the final certification examination.
You may take the final certification examination only once. Once you have completed the examination you must submit your results to the FFIEC.
The results submission page will instruct you to submit the results using your email or by sending through postal mail.
No you do not have to complete the lessons at one time. The application will track your progress and provide links to continue where you last left off. This includes the practice and final certification examinations.

What information does the Self-Study application store about me?

Your name and email that was used for registration is saved to authenticate you and provide you progress tracking as you work through the lessons and exams.
Lesson progress and exam information are saved until the end of the calendar year. If you would like your information removed sooner, reach out using the email address listed under Additional Support below.
All standards-based HTML5 web browsers including Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer is not supported and has reached its end of life.
Any operating system that runs a standards-based HTML5 web browser most commonly Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS.
